The Owner chose to reply in unprofessional manner, my original review was 3 stars. My review still stands, I don’t regret visiting. I liked the staff. I even tipped the one who helped. I was warned ahead of time about the prices BUT I chose to go because I wanted to see for myself. I would have returned potentially or even given the same recommendation I was given BUT clearly the “owner” is unable to contain themselves on a neutral review that posts balanced compliment to the staff, semi compliment to inventory and a negative about pricing. Chose to read one review I have made prior and sadly did not fully read it at that, made poor uniformed statement to try and bash a review. Glad to see the true nature of the one representing this particular store, feel a bit sorry for the employees who have to deal with such tactics. *original review Lots of products, helpful staff but the pricing for many of the items is quite a markup. 1st time visiting this location. I don’t regret it, I do regret spending $400 on two items and walking into another similar store and finding exactly what Tokyo Valentines DID NOT have but was recommended to purchase items that I would have to cobble together parts to make the harness usable or in this case use the one I purchased from the other store. Read moreIf i could rate -5 stars trust me i would! Kailey or whatever her name is was my representative who lied and told me the vape she recommended! would fit. After buying the vape i step outside to my car to unbox it and see that the vape dosen't fit the pen. I go right back inside under less than 1 minute only to be told that they have a strict no return policy. i asked to speak to the manager and kailey tells me that her manager is not coming out the back for this and scolds me off to be assisted by her co-worker. The co-worker finally steps to the back to get the manager after asking 3 times. Bennet the manager comes out of the back to say if i had a receipt that he would help but since i said no to the receipt after purchase which was 3 minutes ago that basically he isnt going to accommodate me. Like really?? i literally just walked in and walked out. Bennet then further states that the policy is under the cash register which is literally you raising your head down to see it. it isn't even eye leveled. he also stated that he would help but "Yall all say that you didnt know that we have a no-return policy " like wow really this is how you treat paying customers.

Read moreI was having lunch next door when I remembered that this location was so close, so I knew I had to come by and check it out, (I've only visited the one in Marietta & Cheshire in ATL) and it did not disappoint one bit. The place had a really good scent to it, and was kept super clean. A lot of stuff was categorically organized in a really efficient way so it is easy to see what you are looking for/at. Olivia was an absolute pleasure and was very knowledgeable about a lot of the stuff I haven’t seen before that intrigued me greatly and was able to give me some really neat suggestions through her experiences with said product. I totally plan on coming back expeditiously and was very happy to get setup with a rewards program.
