Rocky Mountain Patio Furniture — Local services in Sandy Springs

My experience with this store had to be the worst ever. There were so many warning signs. While the quality of outdoor furniture they have is decent, the customer service is beyond poor. While paying for our teak pieces, we noticed we were being undercharged over $1000. When we brought this to their attention, we didn't even receive a thank you. Because we wanted the furniture asap, we were told we could order only from select fabrics and we'd receive within 10 days. A month later, we had to call there multiple times to get an update. The chairs were then delivered without the cushions! Again, no "I'm sorry." We had to go pick them up, no offer of delivery. When we expressed our disappointment with the entire experience, the owner was outright dismissive, rude and completely unprofessional. He accused my husband of yelling at him while talking outside over traffic. The owner wouldn't even shake my husband's hand upon leaving. This store has no class and no clue about customer service. I regret having spent any time here and giving them our money. A total disgrace to Atlanta! No wonder they are not...

Rocky Mountain Ski and Board is hands down the best ski shop in Atlanta with the best prices you can find! It’s a family owned business that goes above and beyond for its customers. I was blown away by how easy they made shopping for my four children that are first time skiers. The staff was so knowledgeable about every brand (and they literally have every brand) and knew exactly what brand would fit my tall and thin 12 year old daughter. Rocky Mountain even had suggestions my special needs daughter’s sensory issues. They really made a point to give me their time and attention and were more likely to tell me that I didn’t need something rather than racking up the bill. To top it all off, they made me smile and laugh the entire time! I might plan more ski trips this year just so that I have a reason to go spend more time at this wonderful store! We were in search of a outdoor glass top table clips. To secure the glass again the ridge of a wrought iron table. Rocky Mountain is a upscale luxury patio furniture place. Think really nice, not for your brother and his 3 kids ! More the Southern Living Look with teak sand expensive outdoor lighting . They didn't have the packet of clips that we needed. But, whoa ! Customer service ! They went online to a zillion part store and started combing thru all of the clips to find something we could use. Perhaps not just like the one we had, but something to do the trick. We were unable to find the part, but I left there knowing, I could send a n photo of the clip and table top, and the could find a substitute. They certainly didn't need to spend 20 minutes, looking online, but if I ever need to buy some beautiful patio furniture or patio lanterns, I know where to go ! Or, I could refer a client to them.
