Serwa, the Owner, was a consummate professional and exuded positivity. She made sure I was comfortable by checking in with me throughout my visit and asking what I liked or how I preferred something. She was respectful when speaking and offering suggestions to my hair technician, Arianna. Her customer service is topnotch.

I loved the space. It is decorated nicely There's free Wi-Fi, music, snacks, water, sodas and wine available. There's individual iPads for the clients, in case one wants to watch Netflix, complete with sanitized headphones. Or, you can use your personal earbuds.

I was extremely pleased with my service. I had a sew-in taken down, wash, condition and blow-dry. Actually, my hair technician, Arianna, who was an absolute delight, did some light styling with my natural do. She and Serwa made me feel secure in my natural hairstyle, after my sharing I had not worn my hair in its natural coily state in public...ever! Lol!

I was so relaxed because I did not have to "undo" my braids myself, that I found myself napping off and on during my appointment. The undoing was gentle and I did not experience discomfort. The scalp massage during the hair washing was great!

I drove 2.5 hours to visit Undo Salon, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The entire experience had a luxury vibe — the space was clean, beautifully set up, and made me feel completely relaxed. They even offered refreshments, including wine, and I received a mini massage with an electric shoulder massager while I waited. It’s hard to find professionals who are gentle with natural hair, especially during detangling, but Mertice did an amazing job. I’m very tender-headed, so that speaks volumes. They also provided a tablet with headphones so I could watch Netflix or listen to music during my appointment, which made the time fly by. On top of that, they reevaluated my braids and let me know they were large instead of medium, which saved me $40 — a kind and honest gesture you don’t see everywhere. I recently had the pleasure of getting my faux locs taken out at UNDO and I am beyond pleased with the service! From the moment I walked into the space, I felt welcomed and at ease. The Owner, Serwa really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I was offered snacks and drinks. The studio is perfect if you need to get some work done or if you just want to chill and watch a little Netflix. I also really appreciate the care she took in making sure my hair was untangled after removing each loc. Removing faux locs is a tedious job and Serwa took her time and made sure my hair was not damaged. The whole experience was so enjoyable.
