Yogli Mogli Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Sandy Springs

We have been coming to this location for quite some time after school with our kids. Me and my bestfriend, however I will never set foot in this location again. the person we who works here was so ride to us and another person with kids and even called their child big in the video after they left because they were upset. we bought and ate our yogurt and was talking a little bit when she came from the back with a attitude telling us to get out, fix chairs that the manager is getting on her in the back . we asked to speak to the manager because the kids wernt running or anything. she said he doesn't want to come out or argue. she walked in the back and didn't come back out. the other lady left said she was over this place and leaving. So we called the phone and she just let it ring she came back out when a older man came in. and the video was recorded. Not only did she insult our parenting, the size of the child who left and had a defensive attitude nobody's kids not even the ones who left was unruly we never had a issue before. I have a video...

Store was empty; we went there because this used to be our favorite ice cream shop 14 years ago, no one was in the front to great us. We helped ourselves with the little sample cups and started trying the few flavors -there was two whole machines not working) the flavors were not too strongly flavored, we were disappointed with a few -like the peanut butter and chocolate- also the cashier lady was not there for the entire time, she only appeared to charg us and then disappeared again, even another family came in and she didn’t great they either, and only appeared to charge them… I see a pattern there; customer service is very important for any business, and they are not doing very well with this. Other than that, store appeared clean; bathroom was clean; and they had good variety of toppings and syrups.. shut we were really hoping to find salt for the peanut butter topping and they didn’t have any -big...

I went in yesterday thinking that they closed at 10pm because that’s what’s listed online. However when I get to the door there’s a paper sign on the door saying it closes at 9pm. I got there at 8:54 and the door was locked and I saw them cleaning up. So I went in the next day at 8:30pm and saw they were already turning the chairs upside down. I went in to see if I could speak to a manager and they mentioned that there was no manager there but they can relay a message. I expressed my frustration from the day before as I was there before closing time and I was told they lock the doors 5-10 minutes before closing. If thats the case then the closing time should say 8:50 or 8:55 not 9:00pm. I’m sure my message won’t be relayed to the manager so I’m leaving a review here.
