Highly recommend this place. I moved to NYC and it has been really tough to upkeep my waxes since it’s so expensive. Prior to my move to NYC, I’ve been coming here consistently for four years. One thing to note is that I moved almost 3 years ago and there were still familiar faces around this establishment (what a breath of fresh air to see in the service business). This weekend I had a full body wax done by Samantha and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, putting me at ease right away. Samantha was incredibly professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She also was so quick and kept me laughing the entire time by chatting up a storm with me and making me almost forget I was getting a wax. Her technique was skilled and efficient, minimizing discomfort. I appreciated her attention to detail and hygiene standards. I highly recommend Samantha for anyone seeking a top-notching wax experience! If I could give this place above 5 stars, I would. And if I could fly back every time I needed a wax done, I would. Definitely will be back the next time I’m in town. And would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!...

This was my first time waxing at Brazilian Wax by Andreia and I wasn't disappointed! I've previously waxed at another provider (for about 5 months) but decided to try this out instead since it's closer to where I live and is more affordable. Per other review reccomendations, I went with Marcia for my service and she did a fantastic job! She was very personable and we had a great conversation, no awkward moments at all. In my opinion she also did the most thorough wax I've ever had, adjusting as necessary for my hair direction/type to make sure everything was nice and smooth before I left. I was almost worried when booking online since she has so many good reviews but trust me it's not "too good to be true"! She did briefly encourage me to leave an honest review (emphasis on honest) but I hope you take my word on this and that of the other reviews - she does an awesome job!

I loved the service first time. Absolutely no complaints. 2nd time was a disappointment and then today 3rd was also a disappointment because it was this same lady. I dont recall her name. May be Maria, she didn't wax well so I pointed out but she was like naah thats just your veins. And m like okay I dont like it. I will pay but m not coming back. She called in the manager and the manager really checked everything and tried to fix as much as she could but still I had a few spots left. This one thing I hated was like 2 other ladies just barged in the room to give my lady the wax because she didn't have any left. And I even told them can you please leave or dont come in like that but she acted like she doesn't care. I truly had the worst experience this time. And just couldn't understand was it the language barrier or what but the manager kept on asking me why m not wearing shorts. But how can I wear shorts if I m there to get a full body wax.
