Look customers are going to be customers you have some that no matter what you do something will always be wrong and they are going to vary in rating due to what they think should have been done differently. Now I tend to be over critical when its comes to places just like everyone does. Firstly when I walked up the person that greeted me was friendly and had a big grin which of course provided a very warm and welcome feel to the establishment. Now not everyone was smiling and that's fine because lets face it its work and they are busy and concentrating. Second major thing I noticed being my personal experience and watching the associated deal with other customers is that they wont serve anything that isnt fresh and check to make sure it still looks good before recommending it. If its not fresh and the customer asks for it they will ask and insist you wait for the fresh food. Now not everyone is that patient which leads to bad reviews on the food however its commendable that the employees want to give the best product and act almost ashamed of anything less. Thirdly they are efficient and organized. They are able to take and prepare your order even when they are slammed and give at least the basic individual attention that a customer should recieve. They also do this without making it seem like this is an inconvience that you are ordering. Now as far as I can see the store, including the bathrooms are kept in good and clean condition as well as the kitchen and serving area. All in all this particular store is well put together and organized with a good staff to boot. I would suggest going here if you run through sandy and just need to relax and get some food I would highly recommend giving...
Read moreI visited this Panda Express about an hour and 20 minutes before closing, and the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, there were very limited food options available, and they told me they wouldn’t make fried rice or orange chicken — even though these are staple items and I still saw them making other dishes. When I asked, they said it was “too late” in the night, even though there was still plenty of time before closing.
The staff seemed annoyed that we came in, even though we were ordering food to-go. After we finished ordering and filling drinks, one of the employees actually turned off the lights as a joke while laughing and playfully smacking another worker, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager eventually turned the lights back on, but by then the experience already felt negative and unwelcoming.
If a restaurant is open, customers should be able to expect the full menu (especially the most popular items) and respectful service. This visit left a really poor impression, and I hope management takes action to improve how late-evening customers...
Read moreMy husband is a truck driver and it’s hard for truck drivers to stop anywhere to get food, use a restroom or anything else. Today, no mask mandates, no Covid & he still can’t get food. He tried to go to panda, doors were unlocked, he walked in & was told he couldn’t be served inside. All the while he’s standing right there. He said I’m driving a semi truck. She then said you can walk through the drive through. Excuse me!!?! I’m literally standing inside, right now! They wouldn’t serve him so he left. He tried Burger King, their lobby isn’t even open. Only drive through. So he was finally able to get a sandwich from subway. It’s not rocket science, you take his order from the counter, ring it up through the drive through & give him his food. Walk him to the door & lock your door if your not going to serve customers inside. Why aren’t you serving inside?? He’s literally inside at that moment. Why would he walk outside and walk between cars in the drive through when he’s inside already?? Horrible...
