Jamba — Restaurant in Sandy

Was very excited as there was a deal for my favorite menu item today—the açaí bowl. Tried to order in store. There’s an in store bar code for the deal. They say no. You have to order online. So I did. They made me wait half an hour. Then called my name with a completely wrong order. Turns out it was the guy that had literally just ordered’s order. Then I told them what my order was supposed to be. Emphasized no strawberries. 10 minutes later they call my name again. Açaí bowl with strawberries. I say, oh, it’s not supposed to have strawberries? They’re like oh. Well just take them off. I had to argue with them to remake it. They said that it didn’t say no strawberries on the receipt. Finally got my order a million years later (with the strawberry substitute clearly listed on the receipt) but they didn’t even apologize. To add insult to injury, I found a hair in my bowl when I got home and had to throw the whole thing out...

Incredibly over priced for what we got! Our hands were covered in a “oily grease” from the pretzel. That was extremely thin and very crunchy. The smoothie was HORRIBLE! I was spitting out chunks of banana, there was so WAY to much orange in it causing it to be incredibly sour, instead heart burn and undrinkable! The kicker…we waited forever to get our order, sat down to eat and in between customers we watched a employee stand behind the counter and eat her food….ummm maybe nobody told her that’s a health...

Definitely echoing others in that there are never pretzels ready to go. Mixed experiences with staff some friendly outgoing some seem to be inattentive. Big complaint is that this franchise doesnt participate in jamba programs like thirsty Thursdays. Big let down

Edit: Tried again today nothing in the hot case and only one person working while people are waiting in the lobby. Not sure who writes the schedule but figure it out. If you come at night time there are 3 people working standing around with...
