Absolutely terrible service. This company is so disrespectful to people, even locals, purchasing their products. If you aren't familiar with the distinct terminology of each firearm, accessory, or ammo, they will not give you the time of day and even turn your business away. I will not be returning to this place and I advise everyone to do the same.

The last thing we would want to happen is for a local business being jeopardized by fraud. My spouse and I were NOT attempting to commit a felony. You and your staff would not allow us to clear the air for something you misheard and talked over us the entire time with the preconceived idea that one of us was a felon. The kicker is that you were more inclined on having my spouse come into the store to purchase a gun than to allow her to continue with the online transfer, (both requiring a federal background check). Sadly, you have made my spouse and I feel like criminals, and we have felt nothing short of disrespect during the short time we had contact with Rapid Fire. Ordered a rifle and was told it would be in within 7 days .....after 13 days, I called asking what was going on and was surprised that no one at the shop knew what had happened to the rifle I ordered.....after multiple calls finally someone realized the rifle never arrived. Then was told by Bryan that he would have the rifle expedited because of the mistake.....after another 6 days with no contact, I stopped by the shop to find out what was going on. I was met with more excuses as to why it was "another person's" problem.... No effort was made to keep the sale or their customer. Waited 3 weeks for a rifle and never received it .....very dissapointed with the lack of attention...

These folks were pretty great. Went to 3 gun shops today and your floor team is what made me purchase. They speak their mind but are polite and factual as well as helpful. Heard them answer all kinds of questions from over 2 dozen customers and they never spoke down to a single one regardless of level of knowledge. I was happy to hear they offer classes as well and feel like I'd trust them with new shooter both for safety and confidence building. My weapon was also sitting happily at MSRP unlike the first two gouging shops I had visited...
