I reviewed this under my main account, but I'm having to use another account to post another review. I took my ceramic pipes up here to sell on consignment in 2017. Subsequently, I called and texted to ask for my money and pieces. I finally reviewed and heard from Jennifer, the owner. She said to call. I did and she and I agreed I'd come out to her shop. I had to plan the trip, because I live in Portland. Also, I've been struggling. I called and talked to a woman, who said she'd let Jennifer know to call me. I got a text and tried to communicate about coming out. I decided to go there on the weekend in September, over one month ago. It was closed during business hours. I took a picture and sent it to show that I was there. I then asked for my work to be sent and to be paid, which is fair. I even sent it via postal mail. This shop is a cool one, and I hope to get my work back. My daughter was wanting the pieces as they have value to her! Please reach out to me. You should have my number or comment here.

WOW!!! Just WOW! First off, the owner instantly made us feel like family! She was so sweet and she actually cared that we found what we were looking for! Walls covered in jewelry, racks of the cutest clothes ever, and honestly.... everything u could possibly need or imagine... she has it. And she sells it at the best price u will find anywhere. RiP City is a rare true gem!

Rip City Glass is the best! Jennifer was super fun to talk to, helpful, and easy to work with. The selection of pipes and glass, accessories, oddities, etc was huge, tons of options in each category and price point. Walked out with 2 pieces and couldn't be happier! We will be back for ourselves and friends.

I stopped in last night, for the first time, and was amazed by how cool this shop is. The selection is much bigger than you might expect, and there is so much more on offer than just vessels for smoking. Bring anyone who likes to browse cool shops and they'll probably find something here. I brought a friend with me and he ended up buying more than I did. The only person who works here is the owner and she's very friendly and helpful. I showed up so late that I ended up staying long after closing (I feel bad about that), but she never tried to rush me. There are just so many options that I had trouble making a decision. I finally narrowed it down to 3 bongs, and she filled them all with water so I could try them. I was not only given a good deal, but I was also given the perfect bowl to go with it, which made me like the piece even more. I'd take a photo, but now that it's been used it's not pristine-looking.

Speaking of good deals: The prices here really are great. For the longest time I have only owned a single pipe because I just can't stomach the prices of glass nowadays. Most times we see it is in a dispensary and that stuff is SO overpriced. Rip City Glass has something for every person and every budget. Heck, even the more-expensive, artistic pieces don't cost nearly as much as some of basic, "big brand" stuff I've seen.

The experience that I and my friend had was great and we are going back next week...

This place has a very relaxing and laidback atmosphere and has a huge selection of anything you might need for your weed, such as bongs, bubblers, pipes, and even replacement parts. They have the BEST prices I have seen for vapes and other nicotine related items and also make it very easy to know which things are definitely worth getting. Their amount of vintage and antiques items are absolutely worth a trip to just look around at all the beautiful things unique things, and they even have some really interesting things like uranium glass. My son was even able to find a cool monster truck toy he absolutely loves because they also have toys and a few kid related items, and it was half the amount it would be at a retail store. There is also some clothes, wallets, purses, and jewelry for sale as well. The staff was very nice, great knowledge about the things in their inventory and made the store feel very welcoming and are great to talk to. Just a super wonderful experience to have and I absolutely recommend for you to go there for any of the needs for the items I listed above. I will be going here from now on for all...

Update: Jennifer reached out to me on here. I called her and we talked briefly. I'm waiting to hear back from her so I can get my pipes and a check for what sold. Please call me so I can do that right away. I know it might not be intentional, but I have been calling and texting for awhile trying to nail down a time to come out. I drove out to RIP City Glass on September 6th, and it was closed. I noticed that it says, "Temporarily Closed" on Google. I hope the owner is doing okay. Reach out when you are open.

I went to Rip City Glass in 2017 to talk to the owner about carrying my ceramic work. My friend, Tony, Synarski, recommended the shop after talking to her. She asked me to leave a few pieces behind, and I was to be paid when they sold. It never happened. I wrote her, called her, but no response. I even sent the receipt she gave me. I'd like my money and a call. It's beyond inappropriate to take my pieces and not return any message.

The stuff in this place is very cool, but the owner's behavior is/was not. Please reach out here so we can talk about you...
