Having 4 sons-- I've been to LOTS of Tillys over the years. Somehow, they ALWAYS make me feeling like I'm stealing something when I'm gettin ready to drop a bag on clothes at this placeđBUT NOT HERE. We've been here a few times-- and while the West Jordan Tillys is a bit bigger... the Sandys Tillys is closer to us as we live in Millcreek/Holladay AND I feel better treated in somewayđ¤ˇââď¸. At other Tillys stores around the Wasatch Front, I feel racial profiled or something. But here at the Sandys Tillys, they only ask me once when I come in if they can help us find something. I say "nope" (unless we're looking for shoes) and thats that!! Plus.. this time today, we got there at 733pm, and they close at 8pm now....and they let us browse and buy until we were done all done-- without rushing us. AND i ran back in to buy a backpack afterwards because my son decided to get it then..not later-- due to the pandemic and us not wanting to make repeat trips back to stores. In addition--the front counter chick w/dark, black hair was way nice... a good experience overallđ We are constant Tillys customers because they carry the style of Dickies pants my 4 sons like that are only available there....since my sons are 3rd generation Dickies wearers-- there is no way we can stop going to Tillys anytime soon nor will we (my dad, my husband, and I also wore & still wear many pairs of Dickies pants & shirts still.) Great store for our family...AT LEAST THIS ONE IS FOR...
   Read moreI came in on Labor day Sep 1 2025 at about 12:30 noon to buy some hats. One of the hats I wanted to buy didnât have a price tag on it and was the only one they had in store. They tried looking up the price on their website however that particular hat was no longer sold on their website. I waited about 15 mins while they did this btw. The manager on duty wanted to charge me for a completely different more expensive hat. I informed the manager I found the same exact hat being sold at another retailer for much less. She snarkily replied âWhy donât you go buy the hat there thenâ. I was shocked at the rudeness. They had no idea how much this hat cost and were unwilling to match the price. She was basically telling me to take my business elsewhere. I will from now on. If I could give zero...

The employee was very nice he helped me to find the boots online and helped me to purchase it and I got a better deal for it because I wasnât sure if Iâd be able to use my coupon since it was online he also said he would help to get them expedited quicker to my house I just really appreciate all the time and all the effort he put in to make me happy as a customer I donât even live in this area and Iâm just really impressed with how nice he was.
