Been shopping here for 7 years and the service was always good, but my last two visits here were met with unfriendly staff and a lot of issues with check out using coupons. Staff communication on whether or not I can use certain coupons with each other were non-existent. Mistakes were made by the cashier when checking out in regard to application of coupons but I never received a sorry or any help in fixing that mistake. I instead got told "no" whenever I tried to suggest a solution. I think management needs to re-train their staff on how to communicate more effectively with their customers as well as "HELP" their customers out when they don't understand a policy or rules about coupon use and be able warn their customers about how the two coupons will not work on the same transaction instead of taking the client's coupons, not using one of them, and not tell the client about it. The loss of discount is minuscule and not something to be upset about; but the way that I was treated by staff however, is just sad and upsetting. When I came back in to ask them about the transaction, they told me that "the rules are written on the back of the coupons, so you should have known," and "it is not our responsibility to tell you the rules of the coupons." This is just sad to hear because the staff lacked communication on their part, caused a mishap, but did not take responsibility for it. They instead blamed me for their mistakes. This review is deserved by the organization as a whole, and not this particular location. I recently returned a pair of shoes that were ordered online, to order a smaller size and was sent a larger size instead. The person at the store helping me didn't make the mistake as my receipt showed the correct size.
