So I visited this location once 4-5 months back. Needed a quick pickup for a cold brew. Showed up say about 9 ish, saw the signs online and no hour signs visible on the store front stating that they were open still. Well technically they’re not according to them, (drive through was “open”). I wanted to get some work done on my laptop before I headed home. Fast forward to today, visited this particular location again bc I saw the store on maps saying they close at 10 which used to be 11 first time I visited. Well I showed up around 830 only to find out they’re still closed with couple of their employees chillin in the seating area next to bar . Not to be irrational but seriously, if you’re not going to be clear about your hours of operation at least state it somewhere online or on door. It’s a major inconvenience bc not many places are open this late. Meaning I’d have to drive out the way to find them. Which means I’m wasting gas. If this is because employees would rather cut corners and close early with the managers approving this, just to skip cleaning or whatever closing duties or idk maybe some person(s) not feeling responsible ahemLAZY..then this issue should be addressed to upper management. Knowing food chains, this whole complaint probably will blow over. BUT for you other visitors looking to visit this place BEWARE. Any place you catch people cutting corners on things like closing shop early, it’s likely they’re cutting corners in other areas. I advise you watch closely when they prepare your order if you can and observe how they treat you. If you catch an instance where they are rude in any way, Be sure you document a negative review with these guys bc it’s shady practice....
Read moreI just had one of the most impressive experiences at this Starbucks! I came in and just needed a water. Sometimes you simply feel parched and only H2O will do the trick. The girl who helped me was Rachel and her customer service is top-notch. As she handed me my water I asked her what her favorite drink was. She said that she had been taking cold brew, then steaming it with some cream and brown sugar syrup flavor… I mean, whaaaaa?! Taking a cold brew and steaming caused my brain to malfunction. I told her that it sounded awesome and she encouraged me to try it sometime. I fully intended to ask for it on my next visit. I got to work on my iPad, and minutes later, Rachel called me over. “Here, I made you a drink,” she said. Lo and behold, it was that cool concoction she was describing! I was so taken aback by her generosity and customer service. Frankly, I had never had that happen to me at a Starbucks. She reminded me of that special customer service you sometimes experience at a small, family-owned cafe where the owner goes out of their way to make you feel like a VIP customer. Truly, Rachel making me that drink shocked me enough that it inspired this review! I have been to COUNTLESS Starbucks locations but this event took customer service to another level. Thanks, Rachel, your secret menu drink was the best thing I had tried all month! And thanks to Kelsey for being the manager of a great location. Rachel, this drink...
Read moreBEWARE! Wanted to spend some time completing some assignments at a local Starbucks and having a coffee on a Sunday evening (I usually don't prefer Starbucks, haven't been to one in a while) . When deciding on which Starbucks, I looked for the hours of operation beforehand, I came to this specific location because online it stated it closed til 11:00pm Sunday. At 9:00pm an associate told everyone that "they were closing in a few minutes" . It looked like everyone was surprised and unprepared to leave. We were hurried out, the associate said they didn't close til 10:00 but wanted to "clear the lobby" . I checked their entrance and there was no hours of operation posted.(Subway right next door does). The assocites did say we could sit and wait on the outside chairs in the dark. Very disappointing! . Because of that experience I'm not returning anytime soon to any Starbucks chain. Please be transparent and undeceiving with customers. Picture taken that night with no hours of operation and associate removing customers...
