Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Tustin

This is the only store I have been to that has the Tractor brand Organic Drinks (strawberry/dragon fruit, pineapple/passionfruit, etc) as an extra fountain drink option.

Food is ok. I generally dont go to this chain because I know for a FACT that the cost of food here is strictly convenience (go to any health or non health store and you could buy organic white rice for $6.99/LB and already cooked - just micro to heat up, which would last you a week; you are almost paying that same price for 3-4oz? at best of white rice here, their vegetables are not organic, and their beef is not grass feed), so when I have, it would be this one until now.

The only staff I have seen here is a: generally ok (customer service wise) lady; and 2 younger men, who are heavy set and about the same age and appearance. One of the guys seems to be more in the back cooking, and comes to the front when needed; he's been ok for CS too. The other one almost always is at the front taking orders, and I don't know if he goes to the back to cook; but with me though, he has an attitude problem. I think he has special needs, which is why I never came to write a review until now. Because special needs or not, I don't need attitude for comming to buy overpriced food that he makes mistakes on almost every time I come. To be fair, they both seem to forget things on my order (e.g. a side of this, or a utensil that, etc etc) and the one guy that is in the back the most, just acknowledges it, gives me the item, and says "HGD". The special needs boy on the other hand, after I tell him I'm missing the items gets that whole disgruntled "read my mind" girlfriend attitude.

So in the future, on the few times I don't make my own dinner with my precooked rice, organic veggies, and grass feed beef; I'll just go to...

My review is a little late but here it is. We went last month to get dinner here and we were very impressed with Alejandro’s service. He was courteous, kind, friendly, attentive, respectful, and very well-mannered. He made sure all the orders were promptly made and he stayed busy when there was some down time. On top of that, he is bilingual so those are some extra points because you guys have an employee that’s kind in two languages. My Mom, Grandma & myself go to lunch every Saturday. I chose this Flame Broiler but I had never been there before. We were served by Melissa & she did a GREAT job! She was extremely patient, kind & considerate. She was professional and very helpful. I'm glad we had the pleasure of being served by her.
