IHOP — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Well i thought something was suspicious when my fiance and I came here and we were the only ones here. The place was a disaster with food and straw wrappers all over the floor underneath tables. Considering we never saw anyone else come or go the staff Perla L i believe her name was just didnt care. We waited 20 minutes after we were ready to leave and she never came over we went to front counter and no one came up so we went to look for her and found her playing on her phone. Now all this may not seem bad. Heres where the terrible review really happens we didnt tip. A couple days later we find ourselves going through our statements and find out she FRAUDULENTLY left herself a 7 dollar tip on out $25 bill. Im furious. We call try to talk to manager and they say they will call us back without even asking for out phone number so then its the weekend call back talk to another "manager" who says she will look into it. Then we wait 2 days call back and then they say they can no longer do anything because now it has been 10 days!!!!! I will never be attending any ihop ever again. We used to go once or twice a week!!!! Corporate wont even do anything. Some people may think $7 isnt a big deal but this $7 and then interest has set us back alot. After this and the customer service and the lies from MANAGERS or employees impersonating managers i will never step foot or support an ihop ever again. If you do go keep track of...

This is by far the worst customer service i've received. I ordered my food and they literally took more than an hour just to give me my food, i went and ordered two t- bone steaks and got mac and cheese and pancakes for my kids and as i was waiting for my food i saw other people that was there after me were getting their food and the waitress would not even go to our table my family was waiting for more than an hour and my kids were hungry ,Of course they're going to get fussy and the waitress i think her name was diana didnt even bother taking my kids food at least.. so if you go there dont ever get steak because they will literally take more than an hour to give you the food . As i was paying i ask the waitress if i could speak to the manager and all he said was that they were busy when i was there. A customer in front of me got the same thing and he got it done right away. I would never go to this place again worst customer service.. i wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to this restaurant, and they only laughed and didnt do...

Super Slow Service......SUPER SLOW. I understand that limited staff and capacity, but our waitress Angelica (read her name tag) walked by us multiple times and never acknowledged us. Then after 20+ mins she finally found our table and never introduced herself or asked if we needed any refills or sorry for the wait. The manager was very nice and understanding as we expressed that other tables that were seated after us had already received their food and were eating away. I couldnt take it any longer and being ignored by our waitress, so we decided to leave. If it's bad from the start, the rest of the service and food isn't going to work. We offered to pay for our drinks after cancelling our order, but the manager was kind enough to comp our drinks. Sorry to say, that this will be my last time going to IHOP. I use to love that place and it's terrible that their service is so terrible. I wish them the best of luck, but not...
