Read moreI was responsible for starting up a new remote office location in Orange County California from NH not knowing anyone on the West Coast. I found NOL in Arizona from a google search for used office furniture. I worked with Linda Thompson in Sales and within 1 1/2 days we had a proposal for 10 cubicle stations, a conference room and 2 individual offices as well as miscellaneous other items i.e. filing cabinets, utility/ distribution furniture, chairs etc.
The furniture was refurbished and shipped to their Tustin Ca store where Martin Jaramillo shipping manager and Neil Wells store Manager took over the process. They hired local installers to get the job done after hours and on the weekend as was required by our facility.
Linda, Martin & Neil were all extremely professional and communicated with me all along the way. From the time we placed the furniture order to the time the furniture was installed was approximately 30 days- quite a feat. NOL was able to meet and exceed our expectations for service, as well as saving us upward of $10,000 over a quote we had obtained for new furniture.

Read moreWithin 5 minutes of posting a bad review with the BBB I was contacted by a regional manager who volunteered to send a new drawer right away. I have now changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect companies willingness to finally take action. I decided to leave the original review here because it shouldn't require a person to wait that long to get something done.
The original interaction was fine and the furniture itself has been mostly good, however the service after the sale is extremely poor. You might be OK if your business is within a few miles of their office but not if you happen to be an hour away. We purchased 36 desks and chairs so we may not be a big important customer but we should not be unimportant.
We have been trying for weeks now to get someone out to repair a drawer that fell apart on one of the desks and we keep getting blown off by one excuse or another. I would not be posting this review had they just taken care of us but my agent who hasn't been able to use his desk all this time feels completely unsupported by me and as a business owner that is unacceptable.
