Since the first time it was weird that you can only try 2 dresses and pay 50.00 dollars for any additional dress you want to try on. Anyway....today 03/09/2023 Came to pick up the dress we choose , but Cesar made us pay in full the total owed before the quinceanera had her final fit. It turns out they ordered the wrong dress. Yes, they order the wrong dress ! Worst thing..,Cesar is blaming us as customers, saying I should off checked before I sign the contract. Cesar has the worst attitude, and customer service! And I was willing to loose my$500 deposit, but told them to give me the $1,800 I just gave them and they refused!!!!!! If this is not stealing from people I don't know what is? People please be careful while purchasing...
