If youâre a parent on summer break survival mode, let me introduce you to your new favorite place: the American Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course and Jump House. I rolled in with four hyped-up 8-year-olds and one too-cool 13-year-old and somehow, miraculously, everyone was entertained. Thatâs basically winning the parenting Olympics.
There are five obstacle courses that start out fun and get increasingly âwhoa, did my kid just do that?â The climbing, swinging, balancing, and running-up-walls like mini superheroes kept them moving nonstop. Thereâs even a fire pole to slide down, which became an instant favorite. We booked an hour with a Groupon, and by the time it was over, my kids were sweaty, happy, and fully wiped out. Translation: no complaints, no whining, and early bedtime. Moms, you know what that meansâglory.
Now, listen carefully: you must buy their grippy socks. Non-negotiable for the bounce house area. And donât even think about showing up in Crocs or flip-flopsâninja business requires sneakers with actual laces. Rules are rules, and honestly, I respect them for it.
The bounce house area is inflatable chaos in the best way. Picture American Gladiators meets moon bounce. The kids loved it. The free lockers were clutchâwe could actually join in and play without guarding a pile of shoes and juice boxes.
Thereâs also a food court, but hereâs your mom-to-mom warning: bring your own water. Unless youâre ready for Vegas-style concession prices thatâll make you question every life choice. Seriously, pack those bottles like youâre prepping for a hike through the desert.
One note: the parent seating is in the food court area, which is nowhere near where your tiny tornadoes will be bouncing around. So if youâve got little ones, just throw on your own sneakers and go full ninja. You wonât regret it (and itâs a sneaky good leg workoutâbonus!).
Clean, well-staffed, safety monitors everywhere, and the kind of fun that leaves kids thoroughly exhausted. 10/10 recommend for birthday parties, cousin chaos, or just burning off summer break energy before...
Read moreKids love inflatable bounce houses and this is one they will enjoy. The many windows of the inflatable course is a plus for parents to check on their children as they play There is a rather small "mini-ninja" obstacle course. A few obstacles you may recognize from the show (such as the wall). But if you are looking for something authentic to the real thing or a challenge, this is not the place. I have seen more challenging obstacles at competitors (such as Sky Zone).
There are free lockers to place your valuable items. You can purchase food and kid beverages at the concession stand. Plenty of seating for spectators. I also noticed small rooms that maybe used to host parties.
The play area looked clean. Restrooms conditions were ok. They could use a few more supervising eyes. I only noticed one staff member working the mini obstacle course and one in the inflatable. Staff members were friendly and greeted you when you walked in and left, and treated the kids with respect care.
We paid for 1.5 hours and noticed several different groups participants entering and leaving. The two hour option seems to be too long. If I were to return, the 1 hr option would suffice.
The only draw back I have with this place is they require you to purchase their socks with entrance. If you brought your own "bounce house" socks ( socks with grip) from a competitor, you will be forced to buy theirs. So consider the extra $3.50 per pair when considering the...
Read moreOur son loves watching The American Ninja Warrior Show, we were watching it one day and I happened to google it and this adventure park popped up and immediately he wanted to come ever since that day.
His birthday finally came and we took him. He had an absolute blast. First and foremost, the worker Ryley was AMAZING!! He hung out with our son almost the entire time and helped him with the warped wall (he was so excited to reach the top) and other obstacles along the courses. He even had them say happy birthday to him over the intercom. He really made our sons day! So a HUGE Thank you to Ryley!! ( My son even asked for a picture with him.. I posted but blocked them out just incase for privacy purposes)
And a bonus, the place was kept cleaned, even the bathrooms were clean.
The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because of the courses itself, a lot of the obstacles they had were too high or too big for my son so he was not able to attempt a lot of them, especially the spider wall and he was hoping they had that one. This was obviously our first time going and we were expecting the layout a bit different than what it was. We were expecting it to be more like the show with the buzzer and stuff lol.
But nonetheless, we are happy because he was happy and had a...
