I always leave Evolutions happy. Everyone is so nice, from the girls at the desk, who keep everything running smoothly, to the assistants, and the technicians. I've had several people for different things, and have never been disappointed. Today I had Cara Ryan for laser hair removal, and it was going to be my second appointment. Unfortunately I was on antibiotics, and the little form they always have you fill out when you come in on the iPad reminded me of that. Fortunately I read all those things, and they asked the doctor if my anabiotic was going to be an issue. Of course it's one of the ones that's photo sensitive. Needless to say, No Laser today. I ended up having Dysport on my forehead, and not a mark, you'd never know she injected me, she is awesome. I also have a propensity to have my brow on one side droop a bit, and she has treated me a couple times now, with no issues. Last visit she did a full face and neck laser hair removal, as well as a full Brazilian. Between the awesome girl than did my numbing cream (I sadly don't remember her name, sorry awesome girl!), to Cara, I didn't feel much at all, and if you've ever had a Brazilian, you know that there are spots normally where you're jumping! But from Cara to the ladies that gave me little ice packs and have made my appointments at the front desk, Evolutions is excellent. I've had laser hair removal other places, and had three and four sessions that were not nearly productive as my single session here. Their laser hair removal machine is extremely strong, I think I'm probably only going to need one more session to be very happy. And on my face, I feel I only needed the one. If you're on the fence about Laser hair removal, or you've even had it before and found it tedious with the amount of sessions you had to do, give them a try, all lasers are not created equal. I have to throw it out here too because she's my girl, but I miss Jess! I feel so grateful that I was able to have her for the time I did when she was there. You guys have a knack for acquiring amazing people. Thank you so much.

As a resident in Santa Barbara I was looking randomly to establish a Spa as Go place for my wife, and we found Evaluation probably by chance and we have not done a bad choice!! My wife had a quick Oxygen facial and she loved every bit of it. I like that even without an appointment, they could able to accommodate her and did a fantastic job. We are thinking of going for a Silver / Gold membership.

Update Dec 2020.... After a positive initial experience with Evolutions (2019 review as below) I remained on their mailing list and was excited to take advantage of their offer for a Botox discount in Dec 2020. After going through a laborious process of signing more contracts and "terms & conditions" statements than I could count I finally got to their booking page, entered my available dates and then got a reply saying not confirmed can't accept these dates (even though it said it was available when I booked) so I did it again and again I got denied (even after offering multiple dates) felt like a run-around so I'm no longer a fan / have gone elsewhere for this service... pity

A fantastic experience, as I guy I always feel nervous about visiting these types of places but the staff were totally non-judgemental, engaging and friendly. I went for a consult which was super efficient, after that I was unexpectedly offered the procedure / no need for another appointment, great to get it all done so quickly, results are great too so I'm a very happy customer and would recommend this Spa to others, keep-up the great work...

As a person who is well-versed in skin care and aesthetics (esthetician, writing of and teacher of), I was surprised and delighted that I learned something new at my last appointment, that I had NO idea. As per the usual, I was getting Dysport in my forehead and around my eyes (my dermatologist commented that she couldn't believe that I had NO NEW WRINKLES IN TWO YEARS!) Thanks to Dysport. Anyway, Polly the RN, explained to me that the "wrinkle" in our chin is not the skin (as in acne marks, but rather the shape of the muscle under the skin.) I thought I was going to be able to use a chemical peel to "smooth" the chin. Turns out that as we age, this muscle on the chin (I think the mentalis) gets "bumpier" ... and guess what slows that progression?! -- Dysport! So, why I'll enjoy the results in my forehead and around my eyes, now I get it in my chin -- and I love...
