However, I had a very difficult time with the store manager because he told me that the parts were in stock and would arrive in 4-5 business days. When they did not arrive, I went in to find out why. He went online and found out that they were not in stock and he did not know when they would be shipped. He blamed everything on his regional contact. When I pushed him to give me specifics, he asked me to leave the store because I was upset. I finally received the parts, 10 days later.
