There was a tattoo convention here so me and my girlfriend bought tickets and went on Sunday. As soon as we walked into the building we were greeted by the smell of marijuana being smoked in a vape pen , I was thinking it must have been coming from someone outside until I looked around and saw a girl being tattooed puffing on her weed pen. So we pushed past and into the large room and this time we saw parents with children and people getting tattoos smoking their vapes. So we went outside to get away from the vape smoke and get to fresh air. And the music outside from the DJ booth was so loud it was literally hurting our ears. We got food ate and tried the outside vendors and once again I ended up standing next to a man smoking a huge joint with kids in the crowd in front of him. We were absolutely ashamed of the people who put this event on and the art center for allowing all the drugs around the public in a tight space like that. They absolutely had to know what was happening because we saw tons of it in the 15 minutes we were there before we got fed up and left. We should have asked for a refund but we were to pissed off at the time. I'll never come back to this place or a tattoo convention in Santa Barbara again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Do better Santa Barbara community...

Probably Jeff Shelton, architect? I'd like to know what the building...
