Remember I cannot do anything with out my Redken chromatics bowl 🥣 grey, Redken chromatics brush purple, Redken chromatics measuring cup, because they are the perfect tools I’m so sorry to write a lot but I had a lot of difficulty with out my Redken brushes. Then I use Goldwell and Joico I love kpak color hairspray. I was wondering why my results were coming out a little different I had to remember to go back to the basics Of Redken chromatics bowl it’s perfectly balanced and I was using a different brand bowl and I could figure out what was happening but now everything is fine I absolutely have to have my Redken bowl brush and measuring cup for my accurate measurements. With creme lightner and 30volume thank you so much cosmoprof.I have to do even with Joico products I have to have my Redken purple brush. For mixing color...

Very poor customer service! The first time I put an order in place in the store, she forgot to process it. The second time I put an order in, she did not call me when my order came in. I had to follow up multiple times before I was able to get my order. The third time, I tried to make a return, she told me there was not enough cash only after she kept waiting to process the return. I had to go to another location for the return. When I recently tried to do an even exchange, she wanted to charge me extra because the item was on sale the next day. I like that this location is near my studio. For the first time ever visiting I had questions about 3 particular products. Employees should be able to give some knowledge of what they are selling. Completely useless. Frustrated I purchased said items and left. Well I am returning those items as they were not what I was looking for after all. Had this person been able to answer my questions I would have left with better suited options or even nothing at all. Do better cosmoprof on your employee onboarding or at least have someone knowledgeable in the store as well...
