I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dominique for the incredible work she did in repairing, resizing, and resetting my wedding set. My platinum diamond ring had been severely damaged—I had to have it cut off three years ago due to swelling during pregnancy—and I hadn't been able to wear it since. Dominique is amazing , I brought in a engagement ring I needed cleaned and sized and right from the start she was amazingly friendly. She was very honest and more professional than any jeweler I’ve ever known. Before she took my ring she had me inspect the diamond to verify size and any flaws and documented them. I’ve never had that before and it gave me comfort that I’d get MY ring back which no other jeweler does. After everything I got the ring back and it looked better than when I first got it. As the trustee of a trust I needed to sell some pieces of antique jewelry and a small loose diamond. I know very little about this world and found Dominique to be very kind and thorough in assessing for gold content. During this process I left a small, loose diamond in a small plastic bag on her counter. I realized the next day that the diamond was no longer with the non-gold pieces that I took home.
