POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE! If you are looking for a place with absolute horrible customer service, this your go to place! I called and spoke to Marlene, asked a couple of questions regarding cake flavors and if they deliver, she answered my questions, I said thank you, and she hung up without saying anything else after I said thank you. That is rude in my opinion. I called back right after because I wanted to let the manager know about my experience and to give my opinion regarding their customer service, Emily answered, I asked if there was anyone above Marlene and she said no, that Marlene is the owner. I was shocked and commented, "wow, she is pretty rude to be an owner." Emily then hung up on me too!

Marlene then called me back a few minutes later saying that she was told that I said she was rude. I said yes she was rude in my opinion. She would not let me explain why I thought she was rude and denied it and denied Emily hanging up on me as well. I told her that it was my opinion and that I would express my opinion on Google Reviews, she replied with okay, we will see you there....

Had them make a dozen custom half-and-half flavored cupcakes for my wife's birthday in the likeness of our tuxedo colored Sheepadoodle dog.

When I went in to place the order, the staff was incredibly nice, patient and attentive to my vision (as well as the other customers in the store). The date we needed the cupcakes for was a month away, so I got some take-home cupcakes for the household and a brownie to get everyone hyped -- all of which tasted incredible!

When the day came, the cupcakes were ready on time, adorable, and tasted like wedding-quality deliciousness the likes of which I have never had. We got so many compliments and everyone who tried one loved the taste. Dangling Carrot Confections and its staff made what is usually a low-energy day into a dazzling, awesome memory because of their quality, innovation, and work ethic. We will definitely be back for our future...

Dangling Carrot Confections informed me they would be able to make a custom cake for me by a specific timeline for a bday party . I was going back and forth with an employee via email to discuss the details of the cake. I did not hear back from them after two days of discussions so I decided to call. They only then, told me they wouldn't be able to make my cake. Two or three days had gone by before they informed me of this and I had to contact them to be told that. I lost out on days of finding another bakery before my event . Horrible customer service and not...
