Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I LOVE Baskin Robbins, and I have been going to this location for as long as I have lived in SCV (15 years!). However, when I went last night, I noticed that the employee serving me was NOT wearing gloves, and she touched both my ice cream and ice cream cone. I hate to write a negative review for a business I love so much, but given the health and sanitary concerns of this issue, I can’t help but leave this review. Got a waffle cone that wasn't completely cooked. When I asked for a better cone. The manager looked at me confused, proceeded to touch the cone after moving the paper with no gloves and handed it back with another cone saying here is the cone.
