What can I say Nordstrom‘s Rack?! It’s got some pretty good prices on some items, Such as Tommy Bahama. However, it caters to women primarily! Every time I’ve gone there I’m looking for T-shirts for men, or shirts that men wear underneath their dress shirts. They never have them! Also they never have a good selection of socks. Shoes are marginal they probably have 10% Selection for men in the other 90% of the inventory is for women. The store is set up that way. 90% of the store is for women 10% is for men. The store manager, Sherleen, at this Nordstrom Rack is unprofessional, rude, and lacks basic customer service skills. I had an issue with a cosmetic item that was mishandled, and instead of addressing the situation respectfully, she dismissed me with a nasty attitude, claiming everything was “final sale.” She refused to exchange a defective perfume and spoke to me in an unacceptably condescending tone. To make matters worse, I witnessed her being unnecessarily rude to an elderly customer, shouting, “I can’t hear you speak up” in an unkind manner. I would recommend this place if you have a gift card. By the time it gets to the racket Nordstrom, it is mostly too expensive for what it is. And that is usually the stuff they couldn't sell otherwise. I was looking at a blazer, I was looking at slacks, I was looking at dresses and wallets, and they were all way overpriced even for name brand apparel. I did like the fact that it was organized and it did not look like a t.j Maxx, but I did not think it was much better than that.
