The girls at the counter told me to go and get another shirt. When looked, every shirt had the same stitching issue. I then brought it to their attention and they told me I could not get my money back, I could only get a gift card. This is not ok. The tags were still on, and it was never worn. Very poor business practice. They also did not pull the other defective merchandise from the racks, even though I pointed it out to them. The problem with this practice is that most people will be back at their home towns before the defect...

Inside the store has a lot of merchandise. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly. We liked it so much we drove 50 miles to visit again and purchase another gift for our daughter. If you want souvenirs in the Santa Cruz area, this is a good place...
