Picnic NM Cheese Shop — Local services in Santa Fe

Stopped at CHOMP on Friday evening and had one of Picnic's sandwiches. My goodness, I was in sheep cheese heaven! The sandwich was so full of flavor, the cheese super creamy and perfect with the pairing of veggies, mustard, and vinaigrette that constituted the sandwich. Even my partner, who was dubious about just having a sandwich made of just cheese and veggies, thought he should have gone with a sandwich after having a bite of mine (he had ordered pizza). And the service was fantastic. I ended up talking with the owner and let me tell you, she knows her cheeses. I bought the same sheep cheese that was in my sandwich and enjoyed it the next day for breakfast. Such a quaint and delicious find! Chomp Food Hall had great options in general, and we will be sure to try more of them! Today we had a charcuterie board for 2 at Picnic and were thoroughly pleased. She took the time to put it together beautifully for us, and made sure to ask my preferences first. (Though everything they told me about was a hard yes!) We paired with a glass of wine and a NA lemon radler from the bar, sat in the alley between the shops, and overall had a lovely time. Oh and the soup!! Get the soup as a side. To die...
