We had such a strange experience here. We stopped in on a Sunday evening around 5:00 in Feb 2025. It was completely dead, maybe 2 people seated at the bar and 2 people in line for pizza. None of the other food stalls were open so pizza was the only choice. There seemed to be minimum of 4 pizza employees around at all times but only one guy taking orders AND cooking all at the same time.

We ordered a Golden Ratio- they said they were out of ingredients for it. Ordered a salad- said they were out of ingredients (although the lady in front of me successfully ordered and received a salad… maybe it was the last one, who knows). So we settled on a large Magherita pizza and sat down and played pool while we waited.

During this time, we saw numerous employees come in and out of the door and into the back rooms and bathrooms about 30 times. It was so distracting that we commented on it amongst ourselves several times. It was odd because no one ever looked at us or appeared to notice that we were even there. After about 30 minutes we started wondering what was taking so long. More people were coming in but the people in front of us has just received their food so we thought we were next and the holdup was just handling the few other customers.

Wrong. After another 10 more mins or so we decided to check on our order. He said there was one other person in front of us then we were next and he had “run out of dough and had to make a fresh batch” as another explanation for the wait. Weird that there were still people ahead of us at that point, but I took it as maybe a bunch of pick up orders so we were understanding at that time. We wait another 20 mins, so an HOUR total and checked in again- the guy that had only just started helping the original guy acted confused, like there was no order for us at all. Then the original guy jumped in and said no, that pizza is hers. They kinda looked weird at it and boxed it up and handed it to us. We checked it in the car… it was cold, like it had been sitting on the counter for at least 5-10 mins, and was missing basil (which is one of only three ingredients in a margarita pizza). We took it in and asked what happened to the basil and they said “we ran out." No apology or anything. My sister was already irritated and asked if it was typical to just hand people their food with missing ingredients and not say anything and only then did he apologize and his response was something like “sorry, some stuff went down with our boss today. Do you want us to add something for you?" So they added pesto upon our request but acted bothered by us.

So to recap- we ended up waiting just over an hour for our third choice of pizza because they were out of so much stuff in a completely dead place and then on top of it all, the pizza was cold and WRONG, and no one ever communicated a single thing to us the entire time. All it would have taken was someone to say “hey just FYI, we are low on a lot of stuff right now and I have a ton of pick up orders to handle before we close. If you don’t mind waiting a while, these are the pizzas we can offer.” That’s it. Simple. On top of that the vibes were just off. I’m sympathetic that some internal drama probably did go down that day and threw everyone off their game but with the amount of employees there were walking around and milling about for no one to say a single word to us is completely bizarre. And it’s a shame because the pizza was good. We...

We’re visiting from California and initially walked into the space to get a sense of the vibe. We liked the funkiness, and aimed to come back for the Cambodia inspired food next evening. Well, first thing we were told was that this station was really backed up with orders, and there would be quite a wait. We were hungry, so we reluctantly settled for pizza. That was our first mistake…. Ordered the large veggie pizza with the request to put the onions only on half of the pizza, for allergy reasons. It arrived pretty quickly, and - darn it - the onions were all over. No water, no napkins, no cutlery. My husband went to complain and the ‘chef' lamely said he’d forgotten and then offered to remake a small one as replacement. I went back to the counter for some cutlery and napkins, but the knife I asked for had to be hand washed first… go figure. But here comes the worst: the pizza was entirely tasteless, from the crust to the tomato sauce, the mushrooms and the (thick cut) onions! I went back again for some Parmesan cheese or anything else to liven it up a bit, but the small cup of dry Parmesan shreds was equally tasteless. Probably stood around for days.

This pizza station (with three employees) should be closed down. It totally ruined our meal, and I was sorry we left a good tip BEFORE we received our food. A disastrous experience I want to warn other people about. Would give it ZERO...

Update 3* Watched 2 different people from 2 different eateries wear their aprons into the bathroom 🤢 please don't do this. 🚫

There's nowhere to hang them up right outside or in the bathroom (wouldn't matter anyway it's 1 room no stalls no separation, germs everywhere) and there was not enough time that passed where they could possibly remove them & put them back on. I dont really want to eat at those places now and one of them was my favorite.

You tend to touch and use your apron while cooking in ways you dont tend to touch and use a uniform.

If this is normal all over it really shouldn't be and Im going have to rethink eating at a lot of places.

Update 5* Finally came back to Nath's the pad Thai and Tom yum are delicious as are the spring rolls scarfed down the spring rolls and Tom yum so all you get is a pic of the pad Thai, with tofu and Chile oil

All the food is amazing, Naths was closed today, it's my favorite, but Zaika and Poki Tako hooked it up. Chomp is amazing .

Original 5* The food is delicious here. Gorgeous Poki bowls picture speaks for itself. They have gluten free options.

May be able to make stuff vegan or vegetarian..but you probably need to ask. I'm unsure

Poki Tako has gluten free options Naths is gluten free, and has vegan\vegetarian Zaika has gluten free and vegan \vegetarian Haven't had the pizza or Alex's Mediterranean yet. The bar is...

First I should say that we’ve traveled a lot and we LOVE a food hall. This place is awesome and should have been WAY busier on a Sunday afternoon. It is the perfect place to meet up with friends and chill and graze. There’s a pool table and lots of seating. The drinks from the bar are great - and the pizza is awesome! We should have tried the Cambodian place which looked amazing but our picky kid wanted pizza. The guy making pizza made a show of tossing the dough in the air to entertain our daughter which she LOVED. - 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped in for a meal (a different review) and shopped a bit. The Artisan's Bodega is a wonderful place to find gifts and imported Italian yummies. I found gluten-free pasta! And Bucatini made with durum and semolina, and stone milled polenta and so many other delicious imports. Olive oil, lentils, vinegars, pasta- even lasagna squares for small servings of lasagna. Great to eat and for gifting as well. The owner is knowledgeable and very nice, alas I forgot to ask her name as I'm sure I'll be returning soon. Next time!
