BEWARE!! SCAM COMPANY!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought two pairs of Yoga pants from this company online weeks before Christmas (I live in New York) - entered my address, paid the balance due and patiently waited for my pants to arrive (which were a Christmas gift). I ordered my pants on Black Friday and was told they should arrive on December 9 - as the date arrived I came home to find nothing was delivered - they were to be delivered by FedEx - I immediately called Alo Customer Service to inquire about my order, I was told that they were delivered to another address somewhere in NY, due to the system cutting off the last three letters of the address (they admitted this was a company system problem, not user issue) - they told me they were going to reach out to FedEx to see if they can be delivered back to my correct address, and that they would be in contact with me once they got ahold of FedEx. One week, nothing. So I called again - I was told that they were going to try to redeliver the same package to my address - the package never arrived, or that they would automatically issue a refund if they weren't able to redeliver. So today, December 24, 2019, I contacted them again, now I am being told that Alo cannot do anything about it (no credit or refund) because my address wasn't entered correctly when ordered the first time, even though I have proof that I entered my address correctly when I first ordered the pants. I ask to speak to a manager (Janay) and there was no one to help me. What is going on with this company?? I am definitely going to contact the BBB about this situation. I feel very taken advantage of, and cannot believe that this is how the company treats...

This review is for the coffee/juice bar that’s located in the store.

Stick to buying the clothes, not the coffee. The concept of having a drinks bar inside the store while you shop is a good one, but it wasn’t well-executes in this case. The barista was taciturn and not welcoming. We came here on a Wednesday afternoon to take a break and get an afternoon pick me up, and there was no one else in the store at the time. They let you try samples of the milk, and the almond milk was very smooth. However, I got the chaga latte with the coconut milk (mushroom coffee) because I thought it would go well with the coconut whipped cream that was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately they were out of whipped cream so that decision was for naught. She also asked if I wanted it hot or iced, so while the menu says it’s only available hot, know that you have options. A heads up regarding availability of ingredients would’ve been nice. Also, the two baristas didn’t let us know when the drinks were ready and just left them on the counter while we were looking around the store. The chaga latte was slightly watery and the hazelnut taste was weak. For $8, I would’ve hoped for a better quality drink. There is a couch where you can sit with some low tables as well a couple of high chairs at the counter. Also tried the matcha latte with almond milk ($6), which was better than the latte but nothing to write home about. They do accept credit cards and for parking, use one of the free 90 minute lots located around...

I love yoga clothes... I'm honestly a fanatic for leggings, sports bras and anything cute I can wear to the gym. I'm normally a loyal lululemon girl, but decided to try Alo's new capsule launch. I noticed my leggings had marks on them and attempted to remove the stains, and upon realizing they were too stubborn, I called Alo yoga 2 different times to confirm that I could return/exchange the product within 30 days as long as I had the receipt and tag. I drove back to the store 2 weeks after purchasing the leggings, and the sales employees were all very rude and did not seem to believe that the leggings had markings on them. The employee asked MULTIPLE questions, almost in an interrogatory tone, and discredited the words of the customer service representatives that had assured me during both calls that I would be able to return/exchange. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this alo yoga. I highly recommend...
