Check out was smooth but here's the thing I had to go back the following day and the place is listed open till 9 pm on Google and I called their number to confirm, I arrived at the doors locked at 8:30. Absolutely unacceptable, hard enough making my way down to the mall, finding the time and parking only to arrive at locked doors with employees inside ignoring the fact they closed early. ridiculous sales and return policy. while i love the products, their return policy is absurd. I bought something on a holiday promotion and when i went to return it to the store they would only issue a store credit because it was on sale. it's xmas; everything is on sale. When i called to return it by mail, they would issue a full refund to my credit card. why do i have to go through the trouble of calling, printing return labels, mailing and waiting 11 days for a refund when i could go to the neighborhood store and get an immediate refund? it also costs lulu more to have to pay for return postage. absurd. buyer beware of 15% off offers if you have to...
