I received a staph infection, blepharitis, and folliculitis (probably cellulitus) 2 days after doing their non-ablative fractional laser. They didn't even clean my skin before doing the laser. I followed their post-care instructions word for word (they didn't even provide these, I had to specifically ask for them). I have never in my life experienced acne or anything like this. They refuse to give me my "before" photos digitally so I uploaded the only "before" photo I have from earlier that day. My skin was great before the laser.

Not only did the staph infection cause blepharitis, it has now left me with strep throat (I had to go to urgent care for the 4th time last week since the laser treatment.) The doctor said it’s common to get strep alongside staph. I have never ever been diagnosed with either of these conditions in my life until immediately after this laser treatment.

This infection continues to form into new things attacking my body. I had to cancel my trip, lost out on contracts, lost out on life events, etc. I spent hours with their "medical director" who is too old to be working and is a danger to patients. He gave me the wrong prescription skin cream at first because he "couldn't see the label". How is he supposed to be able to evaluate my skin if he can't read a label? He wouldn't even give me a diagnosis despite several other doctors all agreeing it was a staph infection. All he said is “I’ll discuss with kelly”) How does that help me?! He also told me that what Kelly was telling me to do (wash with tea tree oil) tends to make an infection like this worse! And when I sent him a photo, he literally said “I have to print it out to see it better”. That is not how image quality works!! How can this seriously be who they have overseeing things?!

No one should have to go through the amount of physical and emotional pain I’ve gone through as a direct result of this business' practices and sheer negligence. The time I spent with doctors trying to sort this out, I’ll never get that time back let alone my skin...
