I have traveled the world, and I’ve never stayed somewhere with better customer service. Hayden went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I contacted him once to let him know a tiny concern about the sheets that I could’ve taken care of myself, and within a few hours, we came back to find brand new luxury sheets on the doorstep to fix the problem. These folks really care about your stay, your comfort and happiness for your vacation, and they truly want you to have the best time. The unit is beautiful, the beds are extra comfortable (I slept like a baby every night), and the location is perfectly tucked away, but it’s not too far from anything you may need. Across the street, multiple restaurants and shops keep you occupied, and the beach is within walking distance. The community is quiet and friendly, and the amenities and property is very well kept. My family and I are picky when it comes to customer service and value, and this place is the best we have ever stayed. Where do I begin!! We travel to Destin/30A yearly, this year we scheduled a last minute trip with another family and unfortunately our original condo was inhabitable!!! So here we are on Thursday night scrambling to secure a place for the remainder of our trip—I came across this beautiful home in Cypress Breeze on Air BNB but wanted to ensure that the property was in fact available. Spoke with an extraordinary gentleman, Kayden, at 30 A property management who quickly assured me that the property was indeed available!! Such a relief as we were traveling with another family and total have 4 small children. Kayden followed up with the homeowners to see if early check in was available since we were having to check out of our hotel! From time of confirmation and signing of agreement to door of this property was under 2 hours with a gracious gift of waving check in early fee because of all the difficulties we had earlier! Picture Perfect has so many great features, it’s hard to list them all. To start, the living area and kitchen are stylish yet very comfortable. The living room seems to spill out onto the front porch where you can spend hours watching the neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Nice grill in the back porch. The second and third levels have great bedrooms for everyone in the family and the master bath is awesome with a separate tub/ shower and additional shower. The third flower is a suit of its own. It has a king bed and a large bathroom. The third floor balconies are amazing for both sunrise and sunset. The location of this property could be one of the nest features.
