I initially walked in with my wife and left disappointed. There were three girls working at the counter looking at social media. There were no other customers in the store and yet not one of them greeted us or offered assistance. After posting my feedback, the owner of the business reached out to me and made a good-faith effort to correct the situation. She also advised me that she addressed the issue with the associates in questions. I went back into the store the following day and the associate that was working that day (who was not one of the original girls) was very friendly and promptly greeted me when I walked in the door. Went in on our fall break cute store with lots of things we liked. We were charged for earrings we didn’t receive when I realized the mistake I took my bag and receipt back in to correct It. The worker treated me like I was lying when I maybe took 2 steps out of the store and turned back around she said let me see your bag as if I were lying. She then said she had to cancel the transaction which she did not. She preformed a “return” in which the totals do not even match I asked her about It and she said she cannot return taxes when It wasn’t even the taxes. As my two friends and I entered your store on Saturday 3/19/18 around 3:30-4pm there was an employee standing in the middle of the store glaring at us. I quickly said with a smile hello how are you and I received a brief smile back. As we walked around your shop which is adorable by the way 😍 this employee continued to glare with an annoyed look on her face. It was very strange and we all talked about it as we left how strange it was and how uncomfortable it made us feel. You might want to tell the dark haired girl wearing the red high top shoes to go find a job she enjoys and get rid of (as we girls call it)...her "resting...
