The location is very cute and there were people ready and willing to give permanent bracelets. I was not getting one this day and was just looking for rings. They had a great selection and I found several to purchase. The price was around $35 each. I had a hard time checking out, as the people at the bracelet counter told me I could not check out there, and the lady checking people out was helping create/alter jewelry for someone else. I waiting around 10 minutes. I was very satisfied with my purchase until about a week later. I wore the rings for the second time. I was in the heat, but not doing anything out of the ordinary with my hands. One of the rings completely warped out of its standard circle. Visited here during our spring break and spent quite a bit on a wide selection of their cute jewelry. The workers were polite but we weren't attended to until the end. The selection of charms and options were good, and the jewelry was pretty; I did the charm bar and made my own and spent a lot on a really nice charm bracelet, yet literally every. single. charm. (5) on it had come detached within the rest of the week.

The quality is terrible, whether the worker was rushing assembly or if it was the bracelet itself, I wish for what I paid that I actually had charms on my charm bracelet. I wouldn't recommend their "charm bar" at all. Not worth your money. Really...

July 2025 - went on a bachelorette trip. Bought a bracelet for myself and the bride to be. Not even a week after the expensive purchase, my “L” fell off somewhere and the pearl to the seashell also fell off. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent me another looking the same as my original. We are now into September, where I only wear my bracelet about once a week, and I have once again lost my “L” and the pearl of the seashell has fallen off.
