I saw adorable clothes on the racks outside and decided to go inside. The door was awkward, but I didn’t get my foot in the door good before the, I assume owner, rudely said I need you to leave your drinks outside. Mine was a corkcicle, which I was just going to put it in my backpack because it was empty. My boyfriend had a Bai in his hand that was closed and she curtly said the same thing to him. I’m not a 2 year old with a sippy cup. I was not going to spill my drink that’s in an enclosed container. I read your other reviews about the same experience, so save your excuses for someone else. I didn’t see your sign or table because I was looking at the racks of clothes outside. It wasn’t about your policy, it was your delivery and tone. A good start to changing your approach would be to say welcome first and then politely explain your policy. I left and went down the sidewalk and gave my business to someone less rude.
