I tried to walk in the store, but a little dog was yapping and jumping in a super hyper way inside the store behind the glass door. The dog was absolutely losing it's mind. The dog's leash was still attached to the collar. I waited for a few minutes thinking maybe the dog just got away from its owner being that the leash was still attached to the collar, but no one showed up to get the dog. It started to rain and I was so cold and tired so I thought I'd walk in and maybe the dog would back off a little or the owner would come get it. But, nobody came to get the dog. It jumped up on, barking louldy and scratched me. I backed out the door and a woman came from the back and started yelling at me that the dog did not bite...

First of all, the dog scratched me. Not badly, but I shouldn't have to deal with that inside of someone's store. Second, it's acting in an aggressive, panicked, hyper way; I don't personally know if the dog does not bite and it's behavior was nonetheless alarming. If I'd had kids with me, I would have just left.

If you're going to have a dog in a place open to the public, it needs to be trained no matter what size it is. Or just keep the dog somewhere more...

Terrible customer service. I was just in there with my two year old trying to hold her and not let her get down and get into everything. I had one package of cupcake holders to purchase and I was asking about filling balloons to which the lady told me she can’t give me a price unless I bring them in tomorrow. She then asked me if she can help someone else first so I thought ok she is going to give me a price she then tells me again she can’t do it. So why did she decide to help someone with 10-15 items in her hand and no toddler and not ring up the woman balancing a toddler a wallet and only 1 item to purchase. I told her forget it and left. How inconvenient and totally rude terrible customer service I will never go to this messy unorganized...

Since new owner has stepped in the store has become even better. They are knowledgeable and always great customer service. Lots of new products and shelves are always full. I enjoyed going before but it is now my first choice when I need something before other stores. If you haven’t been in in a while you should definetly stop in and...
