The close are to small for children the pants cuffs are always being dragged on the ground and then the threads break on the wearer of the pants the shirts rip to fast and the employees don't even dare leave the cheek out, and if they do it's to yell at a customer about their size and how they should leave the store, and never come back if they are fit, and don't get me started on how horrible the clothes are set up they are folded once a month then the kids mess up the store so badly that it is beyond recovery the store only went so far as to add a tiny table that has coloring books and two crayons that are the same color (as if that would keep that store at bay) then the men's clothes are one size bigger than they are men's small is a men's medium the medium is either a large or a kids extra extra large and they don't have a large, and the shoes are to dirty or don't exist at all, and don't get me started on the jackets they lie on the stores website that they have the item then at the store the clothing item isn't their, and you check the store, and it says it is their. Decided to replace some jeans that were no longer useable. Chase was my cashier. Everything was going smoothly. Checked out and then went home. When I got home I decided to wear one of the new jeans I had bout BUT the security devices were still on the jeans. Went back to have the devices taken out. I showed the receipt to Sabrina (trainee) and pointed out that I had been in the store not 30 min ago. While she is taking the security devices off the jeans, she asks me if I had bought the jeans today. I reiterated that yes I had bought the jeans today and again showed her the receipt. Always been an Old Navy fan. Do not usually buy Jeans there, but love the Mens summer clothing. Always a good selection and always find a nice sale going on. Kids love shopping here as well. Can never go wrong with there Flip Flops for younger girls. Customer service is always good. Could use more employees because I have sometimes had a hard time finding someone on the sales floor.
