I had a wonderful experience getting my medication infusion. It’s extremely clean, beautiful and its location on the 2nd floor at the end of the building allows for a beautiful view of the trees and wildlife in the trees. There’s lots of windows so if you forget your book or iPad, you wan watch the squirrels and birds. Very welcoming and calming atmosphere. There’s background music if you choose to listen to it & comfy chairs for your caretaker or significant other to sit with you in the back, if they’d like to stay for your appointment. I think I also saw some magazines. They have a complimentary coffee bar, snacks and mini fridge with drinks in case you need a refresher. They also have fresh blankets and pillows for our comfort during the appointment. There are also 2 private rooms, if you’ll be there more than 2hr - you can choose to be in one of them if one is available upon your arrival. The patient chairs are very comfy with electric recliner and electric lift ability to make standing up easier for patients who might have joint pains when getting up. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The authorization lady did a wonderful job following up with me about my insurance approval during the whole approval process. My first experience with Sage Infusion was so customer focused that I felt like a real person and not just another patient. I as called when they received the referral not just to let me know they had it, but continued to explain what they would do to get approval from my insurance companies. A few days later they called to let me know that it had been approved and to set up an appointment. They also indicated that they would send a notification for the copay. I got a call before the appointment to explain what would happen at the appointment. On the day of the appointment I was greeted and given a couple of papers to sign. When I was called into the treatment center I felt like I was in a luxury spa. There were also infusion rooms off the main rooms for patients requiring longer infusion sessions and their company. I highly recommend this facility. Very clean, welcoming staff and good pre procedure preparation from the staff with a phone call to be sure that I knew what to expect being a first time patient for a year commitment of monthly injections. The only little glitch I encountered was getting my referral through. There was miscommunication with me being told that my insurance company had received the referral, but when I called my insurance company they stated that was not the case. I then called back to Sage and was connected with a contact person who followed through and made it happen. With that being said, I have now had 2 appointments and it is a quick, comfortable process.
