Look. I love Home Depot. But you must bear in mind what time of day, year and week it is, before going there. Today, I made the mistake of not thinking about it, at peak time on a Saturday at the beginning of yard work season, and I was also just there for a curbside pickup - HUGE MISTAKE. Had I been thinking ahead, I would have waited until the end of curbside hours, and maybe also put it off until Monday. It took almost an hour for someone to bring my order out. It would have been FAR BETTER to just go inside and do some shopping. Anyway, that's mostly on me - a huge crowd was guaranteed at the time I chose to go there. Of course, Home Depot really should be leaning into the curbside pickup option, since they could get a lot more customers' orders out the door if the pickup staff was sufficient to stay on top of that vector.
