The place is adorable but the staff were rude. Went in at Christmas. My husband and I were out galvanizing for the day. Every year we get Christmas ornaments, which is what drew me to the shop. I asked if they had any with the Saratoga name on them. One of the staff replied no. I shared my disappointment at that but kept searching when I caught her and another staff member whispering about me. I knew because I caught her off guard and could also hear the response. My daughter and I absolutely love the Fat Robin and all that it has to offer. Their window displays are very magical, as are all of the displays of wonderful things to buy.
