I get pasteurized milk, paneer and yoghurt from just every week. I also get ghee every month. I love the yoghurt - it’s just like India. There is a nice layer of cream on the top. The paneer is soft and flavorful. We don’t use any other paneer. Ghee is excellent - nutty and so flavorful. I have it in warm water every morning. I also cook with it. I get milk once a week and use it to make yoghurt at times and tea. I love that delivery of these products is the next day! They come packed in ice. I put out the ice pack for driver from LemonHat app to take the following time which they always do. Very grateful to have these wonderful products! I stopped by when the bis owner was giving out individually packed 0.1 oz samples (lol), and what I had was NOT a gelato, it was a usual harder than rock overly sweet ice cream that tasted like ghee. Gelato is soft, S-O-F-T, made with milk and sometimes eggs. It should not be pre-packaged into little boxes and pre-frozen at -15F, breaking the texture and making it inedible. We had such a great experience at Just Creamery! The owner, Abhi, was so kind and welcoming — you can really tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his ice cream. We tried the mango, banana, chocolate, strawberry, and hazelnut flavors, and honestly, they were some of the best gelatos we’ve ever had.
