We ordered a bruzzi pizza, it was decent, but it wasn't worth what I paid. It was severely lacking in tomatoes and basil. On this massive pizza there were 8 ripped pieces of basil, 1 partial piece per slice. The tomatoes tasted fresh, just didn't get hardly any. I wanted parmesan and chili flakes, but they weren't at the table. By the time they were brought out, only one slice was left. My son said the last slice was quite enjoyable. When you are having this style of pizza, those toppings gotta shine, sadly, they did not.

We also ordered some twist breads for an appetizer, they were hard on top, wet on the bottom (no wire rack to sit on and just say steaming on itself), and didn't have anything on them. I think they could have benefited from something. The dipping for them sauce was...

Wow! This place is awesome. We are from the Bay area but were in town visiting friends in this past weekend, it is clearly apparent they put a lot of thought into designing this place. The pizzas are superb! Maybe the best I've had in Michigan. The drinks and beers have clearly been meticulously crafted and are some of the best lagers i have personally tasted this side of the Danube. The servus was great and you could see the owner was on site and hands on, carefully making sure everything was working out smoothly and with precision. The crown jewel is definitely the patio which transported us to the classic biergarten vibe you might only experience in Europe. We had a great experience and will certainly be back next time...

I’ve stopped by Noble Twist twice now, and I’m excited to see how they develop going forward. They have their first beer now, and it’s a very nice witbier. Their drink menu still has multiple good options, and I found their cider to be quite good too. I got one of their white clam pizzas to go, and it was quite good while it was fresh. I’m not sure what happened with the leftover pizza, but it didn’t warm up well later on for some reason. I think maybe the gluten content of the pizza is higher than normal and it toughened up significantly after some fridge time.
