I love cars but I can't stand what has become of auto parts stores. Every time I go to one it's disappointing. They NEVER have what I need and the employees know very little to nothing . You give them all of your vehicle information and they then turn the computer and say which one?. I asked a manager if he knew any garage or mechanic that can turn or cut my drums and rotors and his response was why would you wanna cut your drums or rotors. And then was told you do know if you put them on the car they will turn fine. I was dieing laughing. I explained what it was and he said he has never heard of such a service. Tried to get brake shoes and kept getting the wrong ones and when I went to complain his response was well you can easily pick the ones you want and my response was that's your job to give me the correct ones for my vehicle. If it's going to be a crapshoot I might as well order them on line and pay way less for taking...
Read moreHad a pretty scary experience there today. My family and I have always shopped at autozone for the past 25 years. My father owned his own shop and we always used this store for parts. Today we went in just to purchase a few items around 3:00pm. The two staff working were very rude and unprofessional especially the man with the beard. There was something serious off with him today. He had this blank star and empty eyes. We tried to be overly polite as he seemed very aggitated. I understand the world can be a difficult place but being nasty to people that just said “hello, thank you” or “have a good day” is just wrong. I highly recommend not going into this store with children, the experience will surely give them nightmares. Staff who did this please seek help. Read moreI walked into autozone to get an airfreshner and a few parts for my vehicle and heard Jason Bowers the manager talking to one of his employees like a child. The tone an attitude was unacceptable! I had to walk over to the employee Jason was treating like a slave and talking too like a child! So, i went over to see if the employee was ok. He was embarrassed and apologized to me for Jasons Bowers disrespect and lack of training. I am deeply disgusted in the manager Jason Bowers and felt bad for the employee.
