King Crab Juicy Seafood — Restaurant in Saugus

It’s 9 AM on a Tuesday and I’m on google trying to see if they are open 😩 let me explain. I don’t eat seafood boils but my daughter does (she said food was great) so I went to go pick up her order and while there I saw a menu with lots of different drinks. I was hesitant at first but after going back and forth with this really sweet lady I decided to get the avocado mango smoothie I got my smoothie which for almost 8$ was a pretty big size in a strong, cute cup. I went in my car to wait for my order and OMG! This smoothie was soooo good 😭 so good! I couldn’t believe it. I called my mom to tell her about it and went back to get another one for my mom. And when I got to my mom’s house she even said it was gooooodd! And was worth every cent. So now I’m here on google trying to find out if they’re open. Says they don’t open till 11AM. I just dropped my 3 year old off at school and getting my new born ready to go drive across town to get my Avacado smoothie 😩😭😂😂😂 did I mention the customer service was top notch too when I went Sunday. It was 9:20PM when I arrived 40 minutes to closing time and they still were so nice and polite. And explained everything to me without rushing me or being frustrated. and even recommending I try the avacado smoothie I fell in love with. EVERYONE definitely try it....

Uber Eats BE AWARE!!

I placed an order through Uber Eats and planned on picking it up. Within about 10 seconds I wanted to modify my order and add more items, however, my order was canceled and I was charged the full amount. I contacted Uber and they refused my refund claiming the restaurant denies it, and that I had to reach out to the restaurant and see if they can still make my order. I called the restaurant spoke with them, but they refused to prepare my order although they were paid! It is very disappointing and unfair to have to pay for something, yet, never get it. I spoke very kindly and explained the situation, the only thing they gave me: sorry that you had to go through that, but your order was canceled and we can’t refund you. Worthless. Ordered delivery through ubereats. Hushpuppies were literally burnt. Garlic noodles were tasteless and so oily but also stiff and stuck together bad. The seafood boil was so salty that I barely got any flavor from it but the lime or lemon after taste. I don't think the potatoes were washed off though bc of some spots. Just thrown in. For size shrimp I know the weight was not half a pound as ordered. Crab legs hit or miss... whether meat is in it. Sucks. I ordered from here months ago and was disappointed. I'm bothered that nothing had changed. I always give chances so I don't count anyone out but there will not be a 3rd time disappointment. Not worth the money at all!!!!! Especially when you are so hungry and been waiting...
