JC Smoothies — Restaurant in Saugus

I usually go to this place as their smoothies are awesome, but bad customer service this time. I asked for a protein shake with "just peanut butter and chocolate" and I knew it usually comes with a banana but I had just asked for those two, and got two banana's in it which is fine it was a misunderstanding, I didn't care but I just don't like banana's so I was like "hey im so sorry no big deal but do u mind making me one with no banana's?" the lady gave me a bunch of attitude and got defense and eventually was like "okay but its not my fault" i never said it was her fault it was just a misunderstanding not a huge deal, she remade one for me which i appreciated and i thanked her and she wouldnt even look at me just kinda slapped it on the counter, i work in costumer service i understand people can be difficult, believe me, but i was trying to be as nice as possible, when you work for a company you need to be able to handle little misunderstandings like that and remain polite, i was much nicer than she was being....wont...

the best place in the mall naturals stuff the service it's great it's funny when people just take time to do review on something bad not everyone is gonna be happy i been there when there is a other person on from of me she was so rude whit the girl who was in the cashier I don't how they have patience whit this tipe of persons...... anyways I just know there're really helpfully person there and I can recommended this place for everyone who really like the best stuff the bets smoothies place...
