Wish I could give it 0 stars. Only been to this restaurant in Saukville twice because the lines are always ridiculously long. My thought initially was, "wow business must be great!" You quickly realize that the service is unacceptably, sloth paced slow. I placed an order in the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes before finally getting out of line to go inside and cancel my order. There were still 2 cars in front of me, so I have no doubt I would have waited another 5-10 minutes (and that's being generous) They apologized and said they were under staffed. Maybe so, I don't run a restaurant and don't know exactly how it works but there were at least 6 people in the back, if not more. 2 of them were walking around doing other things than making and putting together orders. You would think if you have cars waiting 10 minutes for food it would be all hands on deck. I've helped at a teacher's night at McDonald's and would say most places pride themselves on their wait time for drive-thru. When I did make it inside to cancel the order I expected it to be crowded, but there were 3 people inside eating. No reason for a 20 minute wait for a drive-thru. Terrible service. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Or go to the grocery and make it yourself. It will take less time to do all that, than it will to get your food at this place. Will not ever be going back and I love BK. It's worth it to drive...
Read moreHad coupon for buy one get one free sandwich. Wanted a drink also so made it one meal and then an xtra sandwich. Got my order and had 2 sandwiches no gets which was ok as did not need the fry's. Started eating and figured I should look at my receipt as I felt I was overcharged. I was charged for a sandwich and a meal. I explained to the cashier. She did not get it. Asked for my coupon back. Cashier was trying to explain I had gotten wrong order but regardless of that I could not use coupon. I ended up scooping up my coupon. On the way to ladies room realized garbage cans were full to brim. My table I ate at was dirty. Got into bathroom and no toilet paper. Luckily I had a tissue in my purse. When I came out of bathroom cashier was l.p. washing her hands. I told her no toilet paper. She said she was not a full manager yet and did know where things are kept. I told her someone was going to come in to use the facilities and not have a Kleenex on her and would be very upset and left. It was quite busy around 2_ 2:30. Lots of drive thru. I love burger king and was thrilled at the Saukville opening. Things must improve a lot in order for me to stay enthusiastic. Help seemed to be moving. I would blame on either not thorough training or not enough supervision. Please try...
Read moreLet me start by saying I am a big fan of Burger King’s food. I find it superior to McDonald’s in every way. So needless to say, I was very happy to see a Burger King going in Saukville. Since I go through there a lot for work and it gives me another choice for lunch.
Unfortunately, this Burger King has been mismanaged from the start. It’s been open for a few months now, so I figured the learning curve would be over.
Unfortunately service and food are still below par.
The lobby is almost always dirty. The beverage counter is messy. Service is extremely slow. Staff do not seem to know what they are doing. Food is frequently cold. Cooks do not put enough sauce on the burgers. And Wi-Fi is still not hooked up ( even though they have the Wi-Fi sticker on the door ). This may not be important to some, but for me, I am usually doing work while I’m eating lunch - and counting on Wi-Fi so I’m not using up my valuable phone data.
I fear, like other fast food stores in the area, mismanagement and poor quality staff will cause this Burger King to quickly die. Which would be a shame. Especially since they are freeway accessible and normally, I...
