This place should have a solid 5 star rating based on the experience I recently had. So I called on a Friday to see if they had propane fill up and if they could top off the tires to my RV. The guy on the phone said he would put in the notes that I would be in the next day and sure enough when I arrived on Saturday they knew exactly who I was. I was immediately waited on and had my propane tank filled by Josh. I also needed air in my tires and was shocked to learn that they were willing to do that for me and let me tell you it wasn’t an easy task. I have these really hard to get to valve stems and they didn’t have the right tool to air me up. Josh called Camping world accross the street to see if they sold the peice I needed and I went and got these valve extensions that he took the time to put on for me. He did all this while being completely mindful of the other customers that were coming and going and he directed his staff in a friendly professional manner to help everyone so that nobody would be waiting. This guy is the person that everyone would kill to have running their business. I tried to offer him a tip and he refused to take it saying he was only doing what you should be doing to provide the customer a good experience. I was floored. You just don’t get this kind of service anywhere anymore. I want to also put a good word in for some of the other people working that day. The guy that initially took my call the previous day was very friendly on the phone and he did do exactly what he said he would by putting down some notes about me coming the next day. The younger gentleman who initially helped me was extremely friendly and was going above and beyond until Josh stepped in and the girl that stayed busy helping customers and doing other assignments. It was clearly a well managed crew on all ends and whoever owns this franchise ought to be very happy with the people in charge because they were just amazing. Keep up the great work guys and gals. You rock!!

So I wanted to make a separate review, but apparently it only allows me one review but I want to give a huge shout out to Joe and Britney for my recent experience here. This place just continues to amaze me as you guys hire some outstanding workers. I was getting ready to go on a trip to Tennessee and on my way through town I noticed one of my slide outs was Slightly out on my camper and I could not get it to pull back in. Apparently, I didn’t have enough power in my battery pack so since this is the place, I rented the trailer for my Motorcycle hall. I swung through here to see if they would allow me to plug-in and pull my slide in and give my battery packs about a 30 minute to an hour charge and they were very accommodating And got me on the road. Whoever is the hiring manager here really knows. How to find talent keep up the good work...

I had to give 1 star but I am giving zero stars. My first and only time I will ever go there went badly. I needed 2 20lb propane tanks filled and the sign says they fill tanks 7 day a week. Went there on a Wednesday around 11:30, pulled up to the propane tank and pushed the call button. After waiting 15 minutes I was tempted to push it again even though it says push only once. Finally went inside and the woman there was on the phone. After she hung up I told her what I needed and she said that the only person who is certified to dispense propane is Dan, who is outside but she is not sure where. We go outside and locate Dan who is on the other side of the parking lot. He starts walking towards me but before he could get there he starts walking in another direction. Finally gets to me and when I say " You must be Dan the propane guy" he tells me to come back at 3 because he was not certified. Grabbed my 2 tanks and left and will never go back. Also for a 10 x 15 storage unit they want 149 per...

I wish I could give less than one star. I got to the location and the employee was in the bathroom so I walked around for five minutes, not knowing if anyone was there. She then proceeded to only set me up for a 24 hour rental when I needed it until the following week. They then decided that they were not willing to let me pay for the extension of the reservation, even though I called them and asked them to let me pay for it and let me extend the reservation they threaten to file a police report. If I did not bring it back by 7 AM the next day. I will never rent anything from these people again Brittney is horrible and the worst manager that I’ve ever dealt with. She had the ability to provide me with exceptional customer service and instead she messed it up...
