Wish I had read the reviews! This place is a SCAM.

Horrible. I bought a necklace and scarf. The credit card machine wasn't working so they asked if I could pay in cash. I attempted to pay in a $100, but they didn't have enough change. Luckily I had smaller bills to scrounge for $60, of which they gave me their remaining change to just be able to pay me back. I have to wonder what they were planning to do with other customers, as I was there kind of right when they opened.

That isn't the worst part. When I got home, I realized they never packed the necklace, which was about $40. I called and left a message and no one called me back. I had to leave the area before they were going to open so had no chance to go back and try to get the product that I purchased that they never actually gave to me.

I was shopping with a girlfriend who owns a small shop, and she was appalled. We overheard the salespeople talking about how hungover they were.

It’s a nice boutique that has a curation of really cute items. They seem a bit pricey for the quality, so I would probably get it on sale, but I think you would come here more for their selection than their quality.

The staff is also very helpful. They got me a fitting room when they saw I was carrying a lot of items and were very attentive in seeing if you needed anything while trying things on. And when you decided you wanted something, they took you to the counter and quickly processed your purchase.

So overall great experience at this place and I love browsing their cute clothing.

This is the first time we visit 2bella and my daughter and I are definitely going back.
