Scrimshaw Gallery — Attraction in Sausalito

Terrible customer service. My partner ordered a Geoff Hunt print for my 30th birthday, with priority delivery. A month later and the item is still not delivered. Scrimshaw do not answer their phone, and when asking for assistance via e-mail, simply told us that it is a USPS issue rather than actually helping to get us our purchase. As a reminder, USPS policy is for the sender to submit a service request when a delivery is missing.

Scrimshaw Gallery is what I consider to be the 'premier gallery' Nautical Art Gallery in Sausalito, possibly anywhere.
