Wow, just walked into this store. I smiled at the woman at the desk (I greeted her) and she actually was avoiding eye contact with me. She, very obviously, turned away and down as she applied her lip balm. No big deal. I was in there for about another 15 minutes, and STILL no “welcome in”. No greeting whatsoever so ever. I was the only person in there. I looked her way several times for questions on several items and she was completely avoiding any kind of interaction. Good quality, affordable, and amazing products. Super nice staff too. I was scared the rings I got would turn my finger green because they were only $8 each, but nope they’ve endured well after a week. Will be going back for more.
